Manuel Lozano Rodríguez is a former Colombian diplomat and public policy advisor with over a decade of experience in international relations, immigration, and government relations. Based in Vancouver, he has held senior roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia and served as Acting Consul General in Vancouver, where he led advocacy campaigns and oversaw consular services. As a board member, he will be committed to strengthening VLACC’s institutional partnerships with municipal, provincial, and federal government partners to expand support for Latin American arts and culture in Canada. He holds academic degrees in Anthropology, Political Science, Cultural Policy and Business Administration.
