The Vancouver Latin American Cultural Centre Society is a non-profit organization whose mission is to contribute to the education and cultural legacy of all Canadians by exploring and sharing a deeper understanding of Latin American arts and cultures. We are looking for a Content Creator Assistant with expertise in digital media, wanting to contribute to the promotion of our programs.

The Content Creator Assistant is responsible for assisting VLACC’s Content Creator in producing the visual content that will be used for our social media channels in the appropriate formats. The Content Creator Assistant will work closely with the Content Creator to create content that is consistent with our programming and branding.
The Content Creator Assistant will receive visuals from our graphic designer to adapt them to different social media formats. They will also receive video content from our program coordinator to edit and format.
Requirements:
- Experience using Adobe CC Suite with strong skills in Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of using Canva for image editing
- Knows how to create videos and edit them.
- Knowledge of Social Media and Media Online formats. Optimization of image and video compression.
This is a part-time, weekday volunteer opportunity that requires a minimum 3-month commitment of hours/week.
